Spa Receptionist - Bellagio

As a Spa Receptionist at Bellagio, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. THE STARTING RATE: $15.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients

• Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older
