Job Description & Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure laptops to support the onboarding process of the new employees.

  • Handle the on-boarding process in terms of delivering IT equipment, collecting relevant documentation, and giving IT induction when required.

  • Provide IT support for all related issues in domains of hardware (laptops, Printers, smartphones (iPhone\Android) and software (Windows 10, Google Suite and in-house applications).

  • Provide remote or on-site IT support for ETIC staff; 

  • Perform IT assets management activities in terms of registration, assignment, and recycling of IT assets over the relevant systems.

  • Provide on site support for meeting rooms and video conferences.

  • Work with firmwide IT teams to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably, and IT requests are being handled through the right channels;

  • Work with firmwide IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement / test system solutions;

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT service to ETIC staff;

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support role;

  • A self-motivated fast learner, who can demonstrate initiative and adaptability to a dynamic environment;

  • Ability to work in a team environment with a professional and enthusiastic attitude;

  • Android, IOS apps experience, Networking/Computer Science background;

  • CCNA \ MCSA knowledge is preferable;

  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus;

  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proficiency in English;
