Responsabilitati:
- Contribuie la cercetarea, pregatirea testarii si monitorizarea terapiilor medicale pentru optimizarea sanatatii umane in activitatile aferente prestarilor serviciilor prestate catre partenerii de studii clinice, respectiv:
- Preia comenzile de la parteneri
- Asigura aprovizionarea ritmica si constanta a partenerilor cu medicamente, dispositive, echipamente si materiale sanitare numai de la distribuitorii autorizati
- Intocmeste anexe si gestioneaza stocurile de studii clinice din gestiunile aferente
- Intocmeste documente livrare
- Respecta procedura livrare
- Supervizeaza procesul de livrare
- Verificare documentatie primita
- Transmitere documentatie catre parteneri/calitate /livrari/contabilitate
- Raportare
- Facturare
- Emite avize eferente retururilor de medicatie studii clinice

Cerinte:
- Nivelul de studii: superioare
- Calificarea necesara - birotică, secretariat (constituie un avantaj);
- Competentele postului (pachet de competente)
- Planificare şi organizare a operaţiunilor şi activităţilor
- Acordare şi transmitere de informaţii
- Culegere, clasificare şi interpretare a informaţiilor
Minime abilitati si cunostinte:
- Cunoştinţe bune de operare PC (procesare text – Word, calcul tabelar – Excel (avansat), programe de prezentare – PowerPoint)
- Cunoştinţe de gestionare/arhivare documente; redactare documente manageriale
- Limbi straine: limba engleză fluent scris si vorbit
