Our Customer Service Representatives are much more than receptionists. They are relationship builders, problem solvers, client advocates, educators, cheerleaders, and the heart of our hospital.
We are a busy, growing veterinary hospital with seven veterinarians, an incredible support team, and a beautiful new facility opening in 2026. Every day brings something different, and every team member plays an important role in creating an outstanding experience for pets and the people who love them.

Every day looks a little different, but you'll spend your time:
🐾 Welcoming clients and pets with warmth and enthusiasm
🐾 Answering phones and helping pet owners find solutions
🐾 Scheduling appointments and helping manage hospital flow
🐾 Educating clients about preventive care and hospital services
🐾 Supporting our veterinary team so they can provide exceptional patient care
🐾 Handling payments and maintaining accurate records
🐾 Turning stressful situations into positive experiences
🐾 Creating "WOW" moments that clients remember and tell their friends about

OUR HOSPITAL
Our full-service hospital provides:
- Preventive Medicine & Senior Wellness

Our new facility opening in 2026 will feature modern equipment, thoughtfully designed treatment and surgical spaces, expanded diagnostic capabilities, and a work environment built to support efficiency, teamwork, and high-quality medicine.
SCHEDULE
- Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Various shift options available
- Rotating Saturdays
- Schedule may evolve as we continue growing to meet the needs of our community
