- Checking, prioritizing, processing and solving (in teamwork if necessary) tickets.
- Support in the creation and development of individual solutions for digital process support in the housing industry
- Development of current and future topics for and with our customers
- Close cooperation with all departments of our company
Qualifications:
- Fluent German skills with reading, writing, speaking (C1 minimum, C2 preferred) required as all of your customer interactions will be in German.
- Successful completion of vocational training or studies in the field of real estate management or computer science is desirable.
- Practical experience in customer service is desirable
- Enthusiasm for technical and innovative products
- Team spirit and solution orientation
- Strong communication skills
