As an IT Specialist at JFrog you will…
- Provide end-user technical support and manage core systems and day-to-day IT operations
- Handle everything from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, delivering best-in-class support
- Work closely with the global IT team to maintain high security and IT standards across the organization
To be an IT Specialist at JFrog you need…
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments
- Experience with Google Workspace and Windows Server technologies (AD)
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and MDM/EMM systems
- Experience with video conferencing systems — Zoom and Poly hardware is a strong plus
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting — plus!
- A "think big" mindset — you see beyond the ticket and look for ways to improve systems, processes, and the overall IT experience
- High-level troubleshooting skills — you dig deep, think critically, and don't stop at the surface
- Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python) — plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A genuine hunger to learn and grow — must!
