We're looking for a Support Specialist to join our Match Analysis team in Latin America. In this role, you'll be the day-to-day point of contact for clients across a range of sports and organizations, including clubs competing in the CONMEBOL Libertadores, Brazilian Serie A, Argentine Liga Profesional, and Mexican Liga MX. You'll help them get the most out of our tools, troubleshoot issues when they arise, and make sure any problems are resolved quickly and effectively. A role where understanding the game matters just as much as solving the technical problem.
For this role, we're currently considering candidates based within commuting distance of our WeWork in Col. Juárez, CDMX, as we do expect occasional in-person days with the team despite this being a remote position.
The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
