What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments
- Provide outstanding customer service while addressing customer questions and concerns
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and support company initiatives
- Accurately enter customer information into company systems
- Coordinate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Assist with membership, maintenance agreement, and service-related inquiries
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CSR, Dispatcher, or Call Center Representative within an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services company
- ServiceTitan experience is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Experience handling customer concerns, complaints, and follow-up communication
- Strong attention to detail, especially when entering customer information, scheduling appointments, and documenting job notes
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry terminology
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
