Job Summary:
The EHS Technician supports day-to-day Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives at the Pomona, Missouri facility, with a strong focus on hourly employee safety, compliance, and engagement. The EHS Technician plays a key role in incident investigations, ergonomics, training facilitation, and continuous improvement activities. This is a hands-on, plant-floor role ideal for an experienced EHS professional who enjoys coaching, problem-solving, and driving practical safety improvements where the work happens.

This position will typically follow a Monday - Friday schedule of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM however the successful candidate will need to be able to be flexible and adjust as needed.
Starting pay for this position is $22.60/hour.
Relocation is not offered for this position.
Summary Pay Range:
$22.60 - $28.20Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
