You will perform maintenance of OIS and TPS software products to ensure that systems are systematically updated and operate properly at all times, achieving full customer satisfaction.
You will instruct and support customers in system maintenance and basic operation of OIS and TPS software products, enabling customers and users to operate their equipment independently.
You will install OIS and TPS software products for Varian Medical Systems equipment in accordance with company procedures and the customer's technical and system environment, ensuring that all Varian products function properly.
You will maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness in line with Varian Medical Systems guidelines, performing all activities under the safest working conditions.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge
You are a degree holder in computer engineering, information technology, or a related field, or you possess equivalent practical experience.
You have practical knowledge of computer architecture and networking.
You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based operating systems.
Your understanding of computer networks and computer virtualization will be helpful for system configuration and support.
You have a minimum of three years of experience in field service, preferably in the medical field.
You are proficient in using business tools, including but not limited to Outlook, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
You have a customer-centric and service-oriented mindset.
You are articulate and skilled in interpersonal communication.
You are willing to travel within the ASEAN region.
