The Job:  

As an Electrical Technician, you’ll be part of our Outdoor Testing team working as an on-site employee.  You’ll get to:    

• Prepare and instrument test articles, ensuring proper assembly, fixture mounting, and sensor alignment.
• Configure, execute, and troubleshoot electric motor and long-term durability testing.
• Wire new test stands and diagnose/repair electrical issues on existing test fixtures.
• Select and calibrate instrumentation and high-speed data acquisition (DAQ) systems based on engineering specifications.
• Analyze and synthesize test data, delivering clear, actionable reports to the engineering team.
• Maintain and service laboratory testing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and accuracy.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to and integrate emerging technologies and advanced testing methodologies.

The Person:

• Associate’s degree in electronic engineering technology or equivalent
• Electric motor experience a plus
• Experience in a prototype testing environment a plus
• Experience with LabVIEW and PLC programming a plus
• Experience with Microsoft office products
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Salary range for this position is $44,300.00 - $71,300.00
