The Maintenance Technician will work alongside the service team and office teams to ensure that all the repair and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes meet or exceeds standards.

Initial pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $20 - $21/per hour
Eligible team members receive monthly and quarterly bonuses!
