Facilities & EHS Coordinator
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day upkeep, organization, and appearance of office, warehouse, and common areas.

Assist with facility maintenance, minor repairs, furniture assembly, workspace reconfigurations, and workplace improvement projects.

Maintain inventory and replenishment of office, kitchen, janitorial, and workplace supplies.
-
Support employee events, meetings, catering, and general workplace operations.

Coordinate facility service requests, deliveries, vendors, and contractors as needed.

Assist with moving furniture, equipment, materials, and supplies throughout the facility.
-
Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs, including workplace inspections, safety equipment checks, signage, and compliance activities.

Help maintain eyewash stations, first aid kits, safety supplies, and required workplace postings.

Identify and report facility, maintenance, and safety concerns.

Perform other facilities and workplace support duties as assigned.
Required Background & Experience:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Positive attitude and willingness to support a variety of operational tasks.

Comfortable performing physical work and being on your feet throughout the day.

Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Basic familiarity with hand tools and general maintenance tasks.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in facilities, maintenance, office operations, warehouse operations, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar hands-on environments.

Experience supporting workplace safety or EHS programs.
-
Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.
-
Experience assembling furniture, equipment, or storage systems.
-
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
