Monster Tree Service of St. Louis is looking for an experienced Office Manager to be the organizational backbone of our growing business — the person who keeps schedules, invoicing, and office operations moving so we can deliver outstanding tree care every single day.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership, real impact, and room to grow as we do.
What You'll Do:
Support the General Manager and Owner with day-to-day tasks, from scheduling to customer service.
Be the face and voice of Monster Tree Service — answering calls, greeting customers, and scheduling estimates and service appointments.
Keep the Sales Staff / Arborist’s calendar organized and on track.
Maintain accurate customer records — estimates, invoices, and receipts.
Stay in regular contact with current and prospective customers by phone and email.
Champion a safety-first culture — knowing industry standards and holding the team to them.
Assist with AR responsibilities
Assist with hiring protocols
Perform other general office personnel tasks and responsibilities

Nice to Have
Management experience in the tree care or landscape industry.
A degree in Business Management, Arboriculture, Forestry, or Environmental Sciences — or equivalent real-world experience.
Prior office experience in an administrative or customer service role.
QuickBooks experience.
Experience with scheduling or CRM software.
