As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be on the floor building, assembling, and testing the world's most advanced aerospace products at high rate and high precision. You'll run production equipment and robotic cells, perform first-line maintenance, and hold the quality bar that space demands while keeping our lines moving. It's a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-scaling aerospace manufacturing operation, with a clear path to grow into senior technician, automation, and specialist roles. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering leadership team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build, assemble, and test aerospace products on the production line to documented work instructions and quality standards.
  • Operate and tend automated equipment and robotic cells - loading parts, monitoring runs, and clearing routine faults.
  • Perform first-line maintenance, changeovers, and routine calibration on production equipment and tooling.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies, record measurements, and flag nonconformances for disposition.
  • Keep the floor clean, organized, and safe - following 5S and all safety procedures.

What you will bring to this role:

  • 1+ years in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment (aerospace or electronics a plus).
  • Comfort reading work instructions, engineering drawings, and basic schematics.
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools and precision measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers).
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong safety mindset.
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Extra points for the following:

  • Experience tending or operating robotic cells (ABB, Fanuc) or other automated equipment.
  • Soldering, electromechanical assembly, or IPC / J-STD certification.
  • Familiarity with ERP / MES systems and barcode-based production tracking.
