Position Overview

Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Linen Route Service Representative to join our growing team. This role combines route delivery, customer service, and account development responsibilities. You will service established customer accounts throughout the Bethlehem, Allentown, and Lehigh Valley region while identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and grow business within your route.

The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, building lasting customer connections, and delivering outstanding service with every stop.

What You'll Do

• Deliver uniforms, linens, floor mats, and related products to customer locations
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and grow an assigned service route
• Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional sales
• Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and accurate account documentation
• Represent Dempsey professionally while serving as the face of the company

Qualifications

Minimum age requirement: 22 years for vehicle insurance purposes

Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record

Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements

Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry products into and out of customers' locations

Exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build rapport and trust with clients

Ability to meet our appearance and dress code policy

High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.
