Platforms Technical Program Management Lead, XR

In this role, you will direct a portfolio of programs to deliver products for XR. You will ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, and schedules, effectively communicating the status and health of releases to all stakeholders. You will identify and resolve gaps in current processes and tools to ensure successful delivery, as well as identify methods that contribute to operational scalability for the internal team. You will manage cross-functional planning and prioritization to ensure the team meets its goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of program and technical program managers, fostering cross-functional relationships across the organization.

lightweight XR devices like smart glasses and headsets pair with helpful AI to augment human intelligence, offering personalized, conversational, and contextually aware experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with technical program management.
  • 7 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
  • 5 years of experience managing projects.
  • Experience delivering software and hardware projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in computer vision engineering within the computer vision industry.
  • Experience driving and influencing teams, including executives.
  • Experience with writing scripts Dremel/App script at Google.
  • Knowledge of software and hardware product launches and New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Ability to manage programs, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to grow in ambiguous situations, establish structure, and lead programs.
