Sales Compensation Administration Manager, Google Cloud
You will join our team as an operational individual contributor and Sales Compensation Administration Manager, Google Cloud. In this role, you will oversee business data sets, drive the program management of manual initiatives for Global Compensation Administration, and ensure financial integrity across business streams. You will serve as a business partner to Go-To-Market leadership, Finance, and Engineering, driving operational scalability while maintaining Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 compliance.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.
- Experience in global sales compensation or related operational lead roles.
- Experience managing SOX compliance and audit integrity within financial systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and commission systems (e.g., Rainmaker, Callidus, Anaplan).
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management (e.g., Finance, Go-To-Market, and Engineering).
- Ability to manage projects and go-to-market strategies (e.g., business models and product strategies) to address evolving business needs.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain productivity while managing shifting priorities in a changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
