Export Intelligence and AI Lead, International Growth Team

The International Growth Team (IGT) helps customers and Google realize the full potential of international growth across Google Ads. Our customers operate in an increasingly globalizing world. Google’s global reach and in-depth market knowledge allows us to support our advertisers along the various steps of their international growth journey.

As an Export Intelligence and AI Lead, you will be the technical and investigative architect of our regional growth strategy. You will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and executive-level business strategy. You will lead the transformation of our data function from a reporting utility into a business generating engine. You will ensure the absolute stability of our core export Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure, delivering sophisticated strategic analysis for the region’s most critical business cycles, and pioneering AI innovations that streamline our internal operations and enhance our external client solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics), or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
Experience in international business operations.

Preferred qualifications:

10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategy consulting within a tech-forward environment.
Experience in revenue opportunity sizing and market expansion metrics within the digital advertising ecosystem.
Experience in applying AI tools and technologies to solve business problems or drive process innovation.
Experience working with SQL and managing or building data pipeline architectures, in a multicultural environment.
Ability to translate large, complex datasets into irrefutable business narratives that influence executive stakeholders and drive client investment.
