This role sits within the Varian Creative Services team at Siemens Healthineers and reports to the Head of Creative Services.

The position plays a key role in bringing our cancer care narrative to live and supporting business and brand objectives through the consistent execution of creative assets, including video editing, digital and print collateral and other visual communication materials.

Your Role

  • You will create high-quality marketing assets for digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with our brand identity and visual standards.
  • You will independently manage the design and production of creative materials across formats, from concept development to final delivery.
  • You will use Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects – to develop compelling visual multimedia content that supports marketing and business objectives.
  • You will contribute to web-related design projects, ideally using Figma, to help create engaging and user-centered digital experiences.
  • You will leverage AI-based tools and emerging technologies to increase workflow efficiency, optimize creative processes, and enhance output quality.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams as a proactive and reliable team player, bringing strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a related creative role, with a focus on developing assets for digital and print.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand-consistent visual design.
  • Skills: Ability to independently create high-quality marketing materials, manage multiple projects in parallel, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Skills: Familiarity with web and digital design principles; experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Skills: Experience using AI-based tools for video and graphic design, including applications for concept development, image generation/editing, content adaptation, and creative workflow optimization, with a strong understanding of how to use these tools efficiently and responsibly in a brand-driven environment.
  • Education / Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field or equivalent experience.

Your Expertise

  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality marketing assets for digital and print applications in alignment with brand standards.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver work with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with web and digital design best practices; experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows, increase efficiency, and support high-quality content creation.

The base pay range for this position is:

$115,980 - $159,478

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
