Strategic Delivery Owner - Transformation team (W/M/X)
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you are the catalyst for change within the Group. You will lead high-impact strategic projects from inception to handover, ensuring that business vision is translated into operational reality. Beyond project delivery, you act as a "connector" across the organization to contribute to the transformation of Veepee into an AI-first company, animating product and process communities to break down silos and drive best-practice sharing.
🎯 TASKS
1. End-to-End Strategic Delivery, acting as Product Manager, enabling high velocity of delivery
Scoping & Business Value: Define project scope, economic models, business cases, and benchmarks for key initiatives. Challenge business, requirements and define a strategic vision
Friction removal and operational Setup: Set up the organization and planning for major transformation projects, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure consistency across all stakeholders, and building realistic delivery timelines.
Stakeholder Buy-in: Act as the primary liaison between business functions and tech teams, solving transversal dependencies, ensuring buy-in and validating that delivery meets the business vision.
Impact & handover: Define success metrics, measure impact, and manage handover to "run" teams.
2. Strategic Monitoring
ExCo Visibility: Monitor and report on key strategic plan execution (e.g., 3Y strat plan tracking, tech objectives), highlighting risks & achievements to Exco.
AI portfolio & Transformation steering: Centralize AI initiatives across the Group, providing clear visibility and strategic thinking to ExCo, business and tech leadership, support the overall AI transformation steering through strong, day-to-day collaboration with the Chief AI Officer (CAIO) team
3. Community Animation & Transversality
Cross-Functional Bridge: Animate the Product and Process communities to foster collaboration and tackle transversal challenges (incl. Business transversal committee).
Best Practice Sharing: Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure the organization’s product and process methodology evolves in line with technological shifts (e.g., AI adoption, AI integration in tools and processes)
