Distribution Centre Operations Coordinator
ABOUT THE ROLE
To support Distribution Center (DC) operations through effective administrative coordination, management of maintenance vendors and schedules, and ensuring compliance with sustainability and health & safety standards.

Property Management
Manage and ensure the proper upkeep of warehouse facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, landscaping, and security systems
Supervise and coordinate with service providers such as security staff and maintenance technicians
Oversee the timely execution of both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency
Vendor & Supply Management:
Maintain and update records of approved vendors, including equipment, facilities, and service providers
Coordinate with vendors on service scheduling, delivery, and execution
Ensure all vendor documentation is complete and up to date (contracts, agreements, certifications, and compliance documents)
Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures
Monitor vendor performance, including service quality, responsiveness, SLA adherence, and compliance standards
Follow up on service-related issues and ensure timely resolution
Support the onboarding and evaluation of new vendors as required
Sustainability & Health & Safety:
Support the sustainability (ESG) initiatives within the Distribution Center (DC): Maintain accurate records for waste management, recycling, and resource consumption
Assist in health and safety programs: Maintain and track training records and compliance requirements
Administrative & Reporting
Maintain and organize documentation, including invoice processing, printing, and systematic filing (hardcopy and digital records)
Track and manage employee attendance, overtime, and shift schedule
Provide administrative support to the DC Manager, including reporting, coordination, and general office operations

What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in property management, facility management, warehouse/DC operations, or administrative and coordinator roles with experience in documentation control, reporting, and administrative coordination
Experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, and service provider supervision will be a plus
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes, health & safety, and sustainability (ESG) practices is an advantage
Prior experience in a Distribution Center (DC) or industrial environment is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good communication (in both Thai and English) and coordination skills with the ability to work cross functionally effectively
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
