As a Strategic/Development Industrial Engineer within the Foundry Capacity Optimization (FCO) organization, you will play a key role in defining and executing long-term capacity and capital strategies. FCO ensures factories are equipped with the right tools, in the right place, at the right time to maximize Intel’s return on capital investment.
You will work closely with organization leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize capacity, capital, solve complex challenges, and influence business strategies with data-driven insights. We are a global team driving impactful, strategic change.
Key Responsibilities
Develop capacity strategies aligned to demand, factory capability, capital constraints, and product roadmap to enable optimized network output.
Apply advanced data analysis and modelling to identify opportunities for tool moves, conversions, and network optimization.
Develop capital investment strategies to maximize return, while identifying risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement actionable solutions, driving continuous improvement.
Effective written and verbal communication to all levels, including executive leadership.
Drive continuous improvement to capacity, capital, and business process/strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an Engineering related field.
3+ years of experience with fab operations, capacity and/or Capex planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills demonstrated through professional achievements.
Exposure to strategic planning and collaboration with senior leadership on cross-functional teams.
Ability to collect, organize, access, and manage data as a valuable resource in order to support productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
Ability to drive results independently in a dynamic environment.

Annual Salary Range for this job which could be performed in Ireland is: €59,200.00 - €111,300.00
