About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize products efficiently within the warehouse or distribution center. This role requires strict adherence to safety guidelines, operational protocols, and inventory accuracy standards. This position work schedule is Monday to Friday from 2pm to 11pm. 

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack) to transport materials within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload shipments safely from trucks, racks, or staging areas.
  • Inspect forklifts before and after use to ensure proper working condition and report maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed.
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations, including wearing required PPE and securing loads properly.
  • Assist with order picking, packing, and staging shipments when needed.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Work with warehouse supervisors and team members to improve workflow and efficiency. 

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting. 
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of warehouse inventory systems and RF scanners. 
  • Valid forklift certification (OSHA-complaint) 

Schedule 

  • Shift flexibility may be required, including weekends or overtime.
