What would you do? "The Record To Report (R2R) professional plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial reporting. You will be responsible for general ledger accounting, period-end closing activities, financial analysis, and internal controls. You will collaborate with various finance teams and ensure that financial data is accurately captured and reported in accordance with regulatory standards. Manage general ledger accounting and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure they are compliant with regulatory standards. Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explaining accounting practices. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement..Ensure adherence to internal controls and develop processes to enhance financial accuracy and reporting efficiency. Collaborate with other finance teams to streamline financial processes and reporting."
