RTR Europe Share Service Accountant

PermanentBracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.
RTR Accountant will be part of European Shared Service Center and will report directly to RTR Manager.She/He will be responsible for:
- Managing daily/monthly operations in delivery organization for the RTR services and ensuring coherence with global framework and service performance (GL entries, accruals, Fixed Asset accounting, Intercompany reconciliation, BS accounts reconciliation);
- Connecting with the local affiliates of the assigned countries to ensure the periodic closing of IFRS reporting (within Consolidation tool);
- Ensuring that requests for services are beyond agreed standards (SLA and OLA monitoring).
Functional Knowledge and minimum experience:
Based on the above, the RTR accountant should preferably express the following skills:
Consistent Knowledge of the general ledger regulations and IFRS standards;
SAP – FI proficiency;
Basic knowledge of controlling principles and practices (SAP – CO);
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Point) proficiency;
Reporting/Consolidation tools knowledge will be a plus;
Minimum 5 years within accounting function experience;
Previous working experience in a Share Service Center will be highly appreciated;
University bachelor’s degree in accounting/management.
Additional and Soft Skills:
Fluent proficiency in English is a must, therefore capability to use English as primary working language. Additional knowledge of foreign languages is preferred;
Keen to deadlines, accurate and process driven mindset;
Ability to deal with complexity of a multinational company;
Continuous improvement mindset, customer oriented;
Attitude to blend-in in a multi-cultural environment.
Employment terms:
The role is classified at Level B under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 41.575,24.
