Financial Investigations Accountant
This role requires a tech-savvy financial investigator skilled in data visualization, fraud investigations, and leveraging AI to optimize workflows. You must possess strong interviewing techniques for both fact-finding and admission-seeking, backed by deep financial literacy to identify reporting and control issues. Ultimately, it demands a strategic, proactive problem-solver who can confidently communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in investigations.
- 4 years of experience directly conducting security investigations regarding threats, risks, or other potential security issues.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in CFE, CPA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing and leveraging relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners, onsite or remote.
- Experience working with technology companies and ability to understand complex technical issues.
- Basic proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/spreadsheet software, including advanced formula writing, complex data analysis, impactful data visualization, and the ability to provide clear, data-driven insights that support recommendations.
