Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative AI, into scalable and production-ready pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. Daily activities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of AI-driven solutions, optimizing system performance, and exploring innovative approaches such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing to address complex challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, recommending enhancements as needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI and machine learning models tailored to business needs.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing environments and deployment strategies for AI applications.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their integration into production systems.
- Ability to work with large datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Competence in programming languages and tools commonly used in AI and machine learning projects.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
