Good to have skills: Digital Finance & Tools, multi-industry finance transformation projects

Job Summary: CFO EV consultant support clients in developing finance organization strategy around corporate finance (procure to pay, order to cash, record to report and financial planning & analysis), finance operations, enterprise performance management and risk management, development of new business insight allowing them to achieve long-term growth. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating strong finance process knowledge and understanding to work independently with client process owners across Finance Functions
  • Assisting clients in developing and building the required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance
  • Developing detailed and actionable business cases and plans which reflect our practice’s deep industry, functional and business process acumen to leverage our assets and capabilities for greatest strategic impact
  • Working in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, communicate and implement programs
  • Assisting leadership teams in developing offerings and assets

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of how business and finance function, both at strategic and operational level
  • Knowledge of current trends and transformational agenda being pursued by mature CFOs and finance organizations in the areas of Finance Operating Model, Shared Services, Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Talent Management, Finance Process Transformation, etc.
  • Financial Acumen and Value Creation to develop relevant financial models to back up a business case
  • Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with the latest industry trends, innovations and disruptions, metrics and value drivers
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop proposed solutions and deliver high impact change initiatives
  • Client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments and/or responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • A good Exposure to digital finance tools for Data Analytics; Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting; Performance Reporting; Shared Services enabling technologies for document management, workflow management and service delivery
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Exposure to project management

Experience: Post MBA 3-5 years of consulting experience is preferred

Educational Qualification:

CA or MBA Finance from Tier 1 Institute with an excellent academic background
