AI Platform Engineer

In Data, AI & Analytics Dept., we are dedicated to the evolution and optimization of the entire AI and data-related value chain. We ensure structured and strategic management of the IT assets, defining the most advanced architectures and analysis methodologies to oversee the main drivers of efficiency and innovation. We are committed to strengthening a function that is increasingly focused on generating value, embedded in core business processes and capable of generating a concrete impact on the Group's strategy and growth.​ 

 

Join our team, where you can sharpen your skills, join challenging projects, and grow in the field of AI platform engineering with the aim of building the TeamSystem core AI-bricks running LLMs, agentic AI and MCP servers.   

​ 

In particular, you will:​ 

  • Develop self-provisioning services for resources like LLM gateways and MCP servers, and lifecycle management of AI agents; 

  • Create new features for the AI platform by listening to our users, through monitoring internal KPIs, and actively participating in prioritization decision-making processes; 

  • Work closely with product teams and AI engineers.  

 

What skills are we looking for?​ 

  • At least 3–4 years of experience in similar positions; 

  • attitude to deep architecture and solution design; 

  • managing cloud infrastructures, containers and infrastructure as code; 

  • being familiar with Python backend development – we use FastAPI; 

  • experience with deploying AI solution featuring LLM and MCP Servers; 

  • proficiency in English (B2 level).

  • Total compensation: € 41.000 – € 51.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.​
