This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and applied artificial intelligence, focused on building scalable foundations that enable AI adoption across enterprise systems. You will contribute to the development of internal platforms, frameworks, and reusable components that accelerate AI-driven innovation across global teams. The position involves working closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into production-ready AI solutions. You will help design robust systems that support generative AI, LLM-based applications, and intelligent automation at scale. Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop internal AI platforms, frameworks, and accelerators to support scalable AI adoption across teams.
  • Build reusable libraries, templates, and tooling for generative AI and large language model (LLM) applications.
  • Develop and maintain robust pipelines for building, deploying, evaluating, and monitoring AI-powered systems.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into APIs, microservices architectures, and enterprise-level platforms.
  • Promote and enable AI adoption across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with global engineering, product, and technical teams to implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and production-ready technical architectures.
  • Present technical solutions, prototypes, and innovations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong experience in software engineering using Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
    • Solid background in building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
    • Experience working with cloud-based architectures and scalable system design.
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
    • Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams with advanced English proficiency.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, system thinking, and ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
    • Exposure to AI/ML concepts is highly desirable, including LLMs, generative AI, or agent-based systems.
    • Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps practices, including deployment and monitoring of AI systems.
    • Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster), vector databases, or Kubernetes is a plus.
    • Prior experience in fintech or large-scale enterprise technology environments is an advantage.
