About the Role
We are looking for an AI Solution Architect to help business teams transform AI ideas into well-defined, testable MVP prototypes. This role serves as a critical bridge between business and technology, supporting use case discovery, prompt engineering, prototyping, experimentation, stakeholder engagement, and feasibility assessments.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating across both business and technical domains, can clearly explain AI capabilities to non-technical audiences, and can translate business challenges into structured technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify workflows, pain points, and high-value AI opportunities
- Translate ambiguous business ideas into clear use cases, requirements, and MVP prototype plans
- Support prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI solution prototyping activities
- Design agentic workflows that combine model reasoning, tools, data sources, and human oversight
- Conduct evaluations to assess prompt quality, model behavior, workflow feasibility, and user experience
- Analyze prototype value, feasibility, risks, limitations, and investment readiness
- Coordinate across business users, technology teams, governance partners, and AI engineering teams
- Prepare use cases for delivery by documenting scope, data requirements, dependencies, risks, and business context
- Capture and share reusable AI patterns, prompt examples, evaluation methodologies, and lessons learned
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and trends, applying relevant developments to experimentation and evaluation practices
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including:
- Prompt engineering
- AI agents and agentic systems
- Context management
- Model outputs and behavior
- Hallucination risks
- AI evaluation methodologies
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to understand interactions between people, processes, data, and technology
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to business audiences
- Ability to translate business challenges into structured technical requirements
- Comfortable working across business and technology teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in evolving environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining priorities and stakeholder alignment
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, agentic automation, and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to prompt engineering, user testing, rapid prototyping, or workflow automation
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or startup environments
- Interest in AI evaluations, responsible AI, agentic workflows, and frontier model capabilities
