Senior / Principal AI / ML Engineer (Product AI Enablement)

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, product innovation, and scalable system design, focusing on bringing production-grade AI capabilities into a modern digital product ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping how AI is standardized, deployed, and scaled across multiple product surfaces, with a strong emphasis on automation, agent-based systems, and real-world business impact. The position involves close collaboration with product and engineering leadership to define AI strategy, architecture, and execution at scale. You will also play a key role in evaluating emerging AI technologies and translating them into practical, production-ready solutions. • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable AI-powered solutions across the product ecosystem
• Automate complex manual workflows using AI and LLM-based approaches to improve efficiency and system performance
• Build and maintain agent-based architectures and intelligent automation systems for product use cases
• Design semantic data models and AI-ready data structures to support advanced AI capabilities
• Develop custom AI skills, tools, and workflows tailored to product and business needs
• Define and enforce best practices for AI integration, spec-driven development, and scalable deployment
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape AI strategy, roadmap, and technical execution
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend adoption strategies for production use

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related software engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based AI/ML architectures
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with structured and analytical data systems
• Experience working with LLM ecosystems such as Anthropic Claude or similar tools
• Proven experience building custom AI/LLM-based solutions and intelligent automation systems
• Hands-on experience with agent-based systems and agentic programming concepts
• Experience applying spec-driven development practices in production environments
• Ability to design and deliver scalable, production-ready AI systems end-to-end
• Strong product mindset with ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions
• Strong ownership, independence, and ability to influence technical direction
