Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project BBVA Global Factory Yucatán. Responsibilities: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and process improvements. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design, Requirements Analysis, and Business Model Strategy is suggested. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements effectively. Support the documentation and communication of process improvements and system designs. Identify patterns and trends in business processes to recommend practical enhancements. Contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and supporting collective problem-solving. Continuously develop knowledge of business analysis techniques and industry best practices.
