As a Data Analyst at Accenture, you play a crucial role in developing and maintaining visually appealing dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and ensuring seamless data workflows. Your proactive approach minimizes disruptions and guarantees timely updates, while regular report building provides key insights for informed decision-making. Beyond evaluation, you will actively enhance products by working closely with a diverse team of Engineers and Analysts, employing statistical methods to address quality measurement and consumer product improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, anomaly identification, and adherence to best practices contributes to the maintenance of data integrity. In this dynamic environment, your role goes beyond traditional analytics, shaping the future of technology experiences through impactful insights and contributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Salesforce and Marketo to analyze marketing funnel performance and generate reports.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using specified design templates, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly interface

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback into dashboard designs

  • Monitor data workflows to guarantee the timely and seamless updating of dashboards and reports

  • Proactively address any disruptions to ensure minimal impact on data delivery and reporting schedules

  • Build and deliver regular reports to provide key insights and performance metrics, aiding informed decision-making processes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and refine reports for maximum impact

  • Execute ad-hoc data pulls and perform in-depth analysis to support business inquiries and special projects

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through thorough data exploration and interpretation

  • Implement data quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of reporting outputs

  • Collaborate with data governance teams to adhere to best practices and maintain data integrity

  • Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and report specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing

  • Contribute to the development of documentation standards and guidelines within the team

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide insights that drive business outcomes

  • Communicate findings effectively through written reports, presentations, and data visualizations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Intelligence, Business Admin) or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a data driven environment as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience in large organizations, focused on measuring Organizational Objectives

  • Strong Data Storytelling with experience in data visualization tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, Sisense, Looker Studio, QlikView, etc)

  • 2+ years of experience of analyzing marketing funnel performance 

  • Proficient in Advanced SQL for data manipulation, automation and visualization 

  • Works independently to pull data from data sources

  • Anticipates customers analytic needs and proactively conceptualizes and champions high-value Business Intelligence solutions

  • Familiar with workflow orchestration tools for efficient data extraction and transformation

  • Proficient in root-cause analysis for troubleshooting data anomalies, ensuring data quality and driving proactive fixes within data pipelines

Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiar with workflow orchestration tools for efficient data extraction and transformation (PLX, Azure)

  • Experience with Cloud Technologies

  • Experience in working with marketing technology platforms

  • Understanding of Data Warehousing in Marketing Tools

  • Understanding of Marketing and Sales Demand Gen Funnels

  • Understanding/Experience with Python

  • Understanding/Experience of DevOps
