Your New Role and Responsibilities 
Leidos Australia is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our AGO Geo Spaces program, supporting advanced national security technology solutions in a secure, high-compliance environment. In this role you will work with technical and business facing stakeholders to capture requirements for complex ICT systems and platforms. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications in-line with proposed solutions.
  • Support the implementation and delivery of systems, services and software as per customer specifications and agreed solution document. 
  • Use your understanding of the different stakeholders to plan and facilitate workshops to further define functionality, service and system flows
  • Liaise with the project team, technical writers and SME’s as well as external vendors to ensure timely delivery of task and project 

What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact 

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst across multiple stages of the system development lifecycle, in particular in transforming requirements into a cohesive design or solution
  • Demonstrated ability managing the challenges and constraints of integrating existing systems with new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to develop clear and concise documentation for a broad range of purposes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, in particular with building positive relationships, both internally and externally, in addition to effective verbal and written communications

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen who holds an NV2 Security Clearance accompanied by the ability to be successful for a DISA/OSA.

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
