Job Description & Summary:

We focus on enabling business users with intuitive dashboards and actionable insights using modern BI tools like Power BI and Tableau. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful visualizations, supporting data-driven decision-making, and leading dashboard/report migration initiatives across platforms.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for experienced Data Visualization professionals who are passionate about storytelling through data and have hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau, including migration between platforms. If you enjoy designing impactful dashboards and working closely with business stakeholders, this role is for you.
What you will do:
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
• Work on end-to-end migration of dashboards and reports (Tableau to Power BI or vice versa) ensuring data integrity and consistency
• Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations and meaningful business insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly reporting solutions
• Optimize dashboard performance and enhance user experience through effective design principles
• Implement data visualization best practices, including storytelling, accessibility, and usability
• Integrate BI tools with cloud data sources such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Databricks
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports and dashboards
• Support data modeling and transformation using Power Query, DAX, Tableau Prep, etc.
Mandatory skill sets:
‘Must have’ knowledge, skills, and experiences:
• 5+ years of experience in Data Visualization / BI development
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Tableau calculations (LOD expressions)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Good understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures)
• Experience in connecting BI tools to cloud data platforms
• Strong understanding of data storytelling, UX/UI principles in dashboards
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred skill sets:
‘Good to have’ knowledge, skills, and experiences:
• Experience with BI platform migration frameworks and tools
• Exposure to RLS (Row-Level Security) and data governance practices
• Knowledge of embedded analytics and BI integration with applications
• Understanding of cloud architecture and cost optimization in BI solutions
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
