Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Data Analytics (multiple positions) in Minneapolis, MN.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations to improve data accuracy and user experience.
  • Create and maintain ETL pipelines to transform Adobe clickstream data and merge with internal bank data.
  • Generate Digital Business Banking data metrics using Alteryx, Azure Synapse, Python, and SQL for business stakeholders and analytics teams use.
  • Develop and update interactive dashboards tracking Business Banking performance by processing Adobe clickstream data through Alteryx, SQL, Python, and Azure Synapse.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to produce monthly Digital Business Banking performance reports, leveraging SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to diagnose issues in web tagging and uncover trends in user behavior using Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Azure Synapse on Adobe clickstream data.
  • Perform pre- and post-launch analytics for new Business Banking products and features to validate targeting strategies and measure adoption.
  • Review and apply analytic insights to ensure the right users are engaged and features deliver intended value.

Basic Qualifications:

Position requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics, and 2 years in a Data Analytics, or related, occupation.

Required Skills/Experience:

Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:

Perform Ad hoc analysis on clickstream data and generate insights; Create ETL pipelines in SQL and Python to support dashboards; Query databases and add clickstream data in Adobe Analytics; Build and schedule ETL Pipelines to create intermediate tables supporting dashboards and pipelines for use; Track web and marketing performance by creating dashboards in Adobe Analytics; Power BI, AWS, and R; Alteryx, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics; and, Hadoop and SAS.

Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $97,032 - $155,000. (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP #INDdni #IND-DNP)
