Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
We’re seeking a technically strong and strategically minded Risk & Control Health data analyst to join Stripe’s Risk & Controls Oversight function. As part of the Risk & Control Health team, you will help define and scale Stripe’s approach to control assurance through data analytics, reusable testing capabilities, and technology-enabled workflows.
This role is focused on building leverage, not just executing point-in-time testing. You will help design the analytical infrastructure, testing library, and operating model that enable Stripe to evaluate control effectiveness with greater consistency, depth, and scalability across a growing set of compliance obligations. You will also play a key role in shaping a more agentic assurance model by building workflows that combine structured data, repeatable test logic, and AI-enabled tools to improve how compliance testing is executed and maintained over time.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to combine technical depth, analytical rigor, and program-building ability to strengthen Stripe’s long-term compliance assurance capabilities.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape how Stripe delivers compliance assurance at scale. You’ll go beyond executing tests to build the underlying testing library, analytical infrastructure, and agentic workflows that enable a stronger, more scalable control assurance program over time. Your work will help Stripe improve assurance coverage, increase consistency and efficiency, and strengthen confidence in the effectiveness of its compliance controls.
