As a Senior Product Data Analyst, you’ll leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize product performance. Success in this position means delivering actionable insights that lead to measurable improvements in product KPIs and overall user satisfaction. This role is integral to our product team, ensuring data-driven decisions guide our product strategy and innovation efforts.
You’ll join the Product Insights department, composed of the Product Data Analytics team and Product Research team. In charge of having a 360 customer knowledge view, we combine quantitative and qualitative insights to inform the product roadmap.
You will be mainly responsible for supporting the Mobile product line to help define a data-driven roadmap that makes our Mobile offer superior to market solutions, and partner directly with the Director of Product. You will also support our Data Products line, on Integrations and Activation challenges. You will be reporting to the Data Analytics manager of this team.
Executive Partnership: Partner directly with the Director of Product to shape long-term mobile strategy.
Drive Mobile Strategy Alignment: Collaborate across product, engineering, customer success and marketing to break down silos, evangelize data-driven insights and drive cohesive progress on our global mobile strategy.
Establish Product Frameworks: Define and align core KPIs with business objectives to provide a clear framework for evaluating product success. Ensure these are coherent and linked to our overall company strategy and OKRs.
360-Degree Insights: Partner with Product Research to maintain an overview of the performance insights uncovered, identify remaining customer knowledge gaps and proactively influence roadmap decisions.
Advanced Product Analytics: Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive features that improve market competitiveness.
Foster Data Culture: Empower product teams with methodologies and tools to enable independent, data-driven decision-making.
Data Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure supports robust, scalable data analysis.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
Experience with data analysis, data modeling and visualization tools (SQL, DBT, Excel, Tableau, or similar software). Expertise in creating advanced data visualizations that effectively communicate complex insights to a broad audience, including dashboards and interactive reports.
Capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions. Ability to approach problems methodically and think critically. Meticulous in analyzing data and ensuring accuracy. Ability to validate findings thoroughly and maintain high standards in data integrity and reporting.
Ability to convey complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Understanding of business strategy and how data-driven insights can support and enhance product and business goals. Ability to align data analysis with business objectives.
5+ years of experience as a data analyst or a similar data-focused role with a clear interest in going into product analytics.
