This role sits at the intersection of digital strategy, data analytics, and customer experience transformation, helping enterprise organizations unlock actionable insights from their digital ecosystems. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in the design, implementation, and optimization of analytics solutions across Adobe and Google platforms. The position blends strategic consulting with hands-on analytics execution, requiring both technical depth and strong business acumen. You will lead discovery workshops, translate business needs into measurable KPIs, and shape data-driven strategies that improve customer experiences. Working across large-scale enterprise accounts, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing, high-impact role where analytics directly informs strategy, performance, and growth outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Lead enterprise-level consulting engagements focused on digital analytics strategy, customer experience optimization, and measurement frameworks.
- Conduct discovery workshops to define KPIs, success metrics, and data requirements aligned with client business objectives.
- Implement, configure, and optimize analytics solutions across Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations.
- Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to shape digital transformation roadmaps and analytics capabilities.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, strategy alignment, and client opportunity development.
- Build and maintain strong executive relationships while serving as a trusted advisor across enterprise accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools, including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Target, and related platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), with additional exposure to tools such as Looker, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms preferred.
- Solid background in digital analytics, data analysis, and MarTech ecosystems, including audience intelligence and digital experience tools.
- Proven ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into analytics solutions.
- Strong consulting and communication skills, with experience presenting insights to executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in enterprise environments and managing complex, cross-functional client relationships.
