They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. The Trust and Safety (T&S) team has the critical responsibility of protecting Google's users by ensuring online safety by fighting fraud and abuse across Google products.
The Messaging Spam and Abuse team works on preventing abuse within the messaging ecosystem. We partner with product teams to identify potential abuse vectors ahead of new launches and establish, evaluate and maintain abuse protections.
In this role, you will understand the user's point of view and will be passionate about using the technical, problem-solving, and acumen to protect the users. You will work globally and cross-functionally with Google Engineers and Product Managers to navigate online safety situations and manage abuse and fraud at Google scale.
