This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, technical implementation, and compliance-driven software delivery. It focuses on ensuring successful deployment of configurable enterprise applications that support complex regulatory and operational workflows in the financial services space. The position requires close collaboration with clients, product teams, and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust system configurations. You will play a key role in guiding implementation projects from discovery through rollout, ensuring smooth adoption and high client satisfaction. Accountabilities:

  • Lead client discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document detailed system configuration and business requirements
  • Translate requirements into formal Functional and Target Configuration Specifications, ensuring accuracy and client sign-off
  • Configure enterprise compliance software according to agreed specifications, standards, and best practices
  • Support clients through implementation, rollout, training, and early-stage adoption of the platform
  • Facilitate structured feedback sessions to identify issues, refine requirements, and surface enhancement opportunities
  • Identify and escalate delivery risks while partnering with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Support teams to validate features, manage defect triage, and ensure solution quality
  • Transition clients into long-term support channels following successful implementation
  • Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices to improve implementation efficiency
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
    • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role in software or information services
    • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design within enterprise environments
    • Ability to translate complex technical and business needs into clear documentation, user stories, and specifications
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior executives and technical teams
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
    • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence preferred
    • Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, system integrations, and data workflows
    • Experience in financial services or regulatory/compliance environments is an advantage
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
