This role plays a key part in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across business, operations, and leadership teams. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance trends, define reporting frameworks, and deliver high-quality dashboards and executive-level reporting. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with business impact, especially in data-driven environments where accuracy and clarity matter. Accountabilities:
- Analyze internal and external datasets to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support strategic business decisions across multiple functions.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for product, operations, and leadership teams.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking systems to monitor business performance and initiatives.
- Develop structured reporting cadences and deliver executive-level reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment between data outputs and organizational needs.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity by implementing validation processes and working closely with data owners.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support strategic projects, operational improvements, and decision-making initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role supporting business decision-making.
- Strong academic background in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Project Management, or a related field.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Strong proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or similar platforms for dashboarding and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical or analytical findings into clear business language.
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data insights to operational and strategic outcomes.
- Experience or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction environments is an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
