Analytics Manager

Seerinteractive · Remote

Seer Interactive is a digital marketing consultancy that harnesses compassion, data, technology, and AI to make a mark on our communities—our coworkers, our clients, our industry, and our neighbors. We relentlessly pursue (and share) the truth, bringing together millions of data points from quantitative and qualitative sources, enhanced by responsible, human-centered AI. Our purpose is to unlock potential across these communities, envisioning a world where doing the right thing is intuitive and informed.

At Seer, we see AI as a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and creativity. Regardless of your division or discipline, leveraging AI is a core part of how we deliver smarter, faster, and more strategic outcomes for our clients. Our AI Council drives company-wide integration by focusing on education, purposeful implementation, and continuous learning — ensuring that AI is embedded in how we think, operate, and grow.

If you’re ready to uplift others, challenge your ego, commit to the truth, and be better than yesterday—keep reading.

Seer is a remote-first agency and a Certified B-Corp, with team members across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours.

You, the Analytics Manager of our dreams, are the connective tissue between business strategy, customer behavior, experimentation, and measurement. You understand that modern analytics goes far beyond implementation. It requires helping clients navigate increasingly fragmented, AI-influenced customer journeys while building measurement strategies that drive confident decision-making.

This is an Account Manager role at Seer. You are a client-facing practitioner who owns relationships, drives strategy, and delivers results. You are equally comfortable discussing data layers and tag governance as you are facilitating conversations around KPIs, GEO test design, incrementality, and business outcomes.

The work splits roughly 60% traditional analytics and 40% GEO. On the analytics side you will architect measurement solutions, audit and QA implementations, and build frameworks that tie data to business outcomes. On the GEO side you will help clients measure visibility and performance across AI-powered search experiences, design and evaluate Test & Learn programs, and translate emerging signals into strategy. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) measurement is a young discipline and we are building this capability together. What matters is your curiosity and analytical instincts, not existing GEO credentials.

Across both, you are AI-native. You use AI daily as a working partner, and you build systems, not just deliverables.

Role Highlights

Traditional Analytics (the 60%)

  • Strategize and architect large-scale digital analytics implementations for a handful of clients, primarily on platforms like Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics
  • Audit new and existing implementations to identify gaps, find technical issues with code or configuration, and recommend the best feasible solution
  • Build measurement frameworks that move clients beyond sessions and conversions toward metrics that reflect real business outcomes and nonlinear customer journeys
  • Confidently implement analytics and marketing tags through Tag Management Systems, and meet with developers, IT, and clients to design solutions that fit their needs
  • Write clear technical documentation for team members, clients, and developers

  • GEO (the 40%)

  • Partner directly with clients to develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI-powered search experiences
  • Support Seer's GEO Test & Learn initiatives by defining hypotheses, establishing testing methodologies, identifying success metrics, and evaluating causal relationships between marketing activities and business outcomes
  • Distinguish correlation from incrementality through thoughtful experimental design and analytical rigor
  • Work cross-functionally with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to evaluate how AI-driven experiences influence awareness, behavior, conversion, and loyalty

  • AI-Native Across Both

  • Use Claude and other AI tools to generate analytical outputs, then translate those findings into clear, confident narratives for client and executive audiences
  • Build automations, workflows, prompts, and AI-assisted processes that improve how analytics work gets done
  • Treat dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks as products that evolve over time, not one-time deliverables
  • Constantly ask "What can I build?" rather than "How do I do this manually?"
  • Challenge, coach, mentor, and provide feedback to peers and associates, helping elevate analytics and AI capabilities across the team
  • Essential Skills

  • You have advanced analytics implementation expertise involving behavioral tracking, ecommerce measurement, experimentation frameworks, and business outcome measurement
  • You are comfortable discussing incrementality, lift analysis, holdout methodologies, and causal inference concepts
  • You work effectively in AI tools, particularly Claude, to accelerate analysis, structure findings, and produce client-ready outputs as a daily working partner
  • You are naturally inclined to automate, improve, and simplify wherever possible, and you build prompts, workflows, agents, and repeatable systems that amplify impact
  • You take ownership of ambiguous problems, break them into actionable next steps, and bring solutions rather than just questions
  • You have strong organizational and project management capabilities and can manage your own workload and deadlines in a tool like Wrike, managing up when you hit blockers or competing priorities
  • You communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including translating data findings into executive-ready narratives
  • You have a genuine curiosity about emerging AI technologies and how they impact discoverability, customer behavior, and digital measurement
  • You have a strong sense of self, which means you can say no, deliver feedback, and confidently present the value you are driving for clients, even when things get challenging
  • You have a passion for mentoring teammates and elevating analytics capabilities across team
  • Nice to Have: You have experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows
  • Nice to Have: You have early exposure to GEO, LLM visibility tracking, or AI search measurement
  • Nice to Have: You have experience building automations, AI workflows, agents, or internal tools
  • Nice to Have: You have experience in a consulting or agency environment
  • 30/60/90 Day Goals

    First 30 Days — Learn

  • Develop a strong understanding of Seer's analytics methodologies, client portfolio, and AI/GEO measurement philosophy
  • Complete onboarding, shadow existing work, and start building relationships across analytics, strategy, and client teams
  • Begin contributing to implementation audits, QA processes, and measurement strategy engagements
  • Identify one quick win you can improve right away, such as a report, process, or visualization

  • 60 Days — Build

  • Independently manage analytics workstreams across multiple client engagements
  • Own a client-facing deliverable end to end, from data pull to presentation
  • Participate in GEO measurement initiatives and experimentation planning sessions, supporting hypothesis creation, KPI selection, and test design
  • Begin contributing AI-assisted workflows or automations that improve how the team works

  • 90 Days — Lead

  • Lead measurement strategy conversations with clients
  • Independently support GEO Test & Learn engagements from planning through analysis, helping clients interpret outcomes and translate them into next steps
  • Have at least one scalable system, dashboard, or tool in production that creates lasting value
  • Be a visible contributor to Seer's analytics practice, sharing ideas, improving processes, and helping shape what AI-native analytics looks like here
  • This might not be the right fit for you if...

  • Time-management, context-switching, and juggling multiple projects is quite challenging
  • You do not want continued learning and innovation to be an expectation
  • Change management is difficult and you struggle with adapting to new tools and processes

  • $78,000 - $98,000 annually.
  • Evaluation of comp at least once a year
