Accountabilities:
In this role, you will support enterprise analytics and AI-driven modernization efforts by developing scalable data solutions, delivering insights, and enabling data-informed decision-making across research and operational domains.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support leadership and operational decision-making.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis across multiple enterprise data sources and systems.
- Build and optimize ETL workflows, reporting pipelines, and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct statistical programming and advanced data analysis to support research, portfolio management, and operational reporting.
- Support AI-enabled analytics initiatives, including exploratory work with LLMs, retrieval workflows, and experimental data solutions.
- Integrate and analyze data from research platforms, cloud environments, databases, and operational systems.
- Support data quality management, validation processes, and continuous improvement of data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with technical, research, and operational stakeholders to deliver AI pilots and analytics initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to the development of scalable analytics frameworks that enhance reporting responsiveness and decision support.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, statistical programming, or enterprise data operations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, ETL processes, and relational/non-relational databases.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions (BI tools preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including large language models and AI-enabled analytics workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with data quality assurance, validation, and governance practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
