What would you do? • 6-8 years of experience in Property & Casualty Underwriting or Policy Servicing across shared services/Third Party BPO service providers (Essential) • Hands on experience of managing the one of the following tasks from the earlier experience from Insurance Underwriting Cycle – New Business Submission, Clearance and Inspection, Status Change, Policy Issuance, Premium Audit/Booking, Reconciliation, Policy Drafting, Mid-term Endorsement, Loss Run, Quote/Booking, Declarations, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Renewal Solicitation, Policy conversion, invoicing, Indexing, Doc management, DMS Filing.You would be part of General Insurance team, where would you be managing, Claims Adjudication, Claims Processing /Portfolio Management. Checking on Fraudulent ClaimsRating and quoting including receipt, clearance, data gathering and submission for operation of insurance services to set-up new business or renewal submissions in the support of developing an insurance quote.
What are we looking for? • Good to have someone with experience in Re-Insurance Fac and Treaty business.• Support regional UA Manager in overseeing all daily business activities and act as the first point of contact for all UAs in the region.• Triages submission for missing information and follows up with the broker for outstanding items.• Issues policies, endorsements, and cancellations; prepares policy writing instructions and premium billings and processes individual policy filings.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures• The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads• Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture• The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams• Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
