Meet your team: Publisher Sales
Our Publisher Sales team works directly with app publishers to introduce new revenue channels through Playtime and Arcade, our first-in-class user engagement and monetization products. By understanding each app's unique ecosystem, we connect publishers with our top-class app content within our advertiser network and craft personalized strategies that enhance both user satisfaction and financial outcomes.
What you will do
Identify potential partners using various tools, including CRM software, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
Conduct high-volume prospecting through calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage potential partners and set up meetings.
Support the Sales Team with presentations, brochures, product one-pagers, case studies, and other sales enablement materials
Use our CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and pipeline, ensuring the sales pipeline is organized and updated.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of adjoe’s product to prospective partners
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to effectively communicate with potential clients and identify opportunities
Conduct Market & Competitor Research and prepare insights to help shape sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Coordinate Events & Trade Shows, including logistics, vendor communication, booth setup, and promotional materials
Be Onsite at Events to assist the sales team, engage with attendees, and ensure smooth execution
Collaborate with Marketing to maintain brand consistency across all materials
Manage Small Projects Independently and ensure deadlines are met
Be part of an international, English-speaking team
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent)
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in advertising tech or SaaS.
You’re comfortable researching markets, competitors, and customer segments
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects at once
You’re proactive, reliable, and hands-on—especially when supporting onsite events
Mastering the Google Suite (Sheet and Slides especially)
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales enablement software.
Fluent in English & Mandarin with strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of motivation and drive to meet and exceed goals.
