DuPont Personal Protection (DPP) Tyvek® Garments is currently looking for a Business Development Representative f/m based in Luxembourg.
Role Description:
DuPont Personal Protection (DPP) Tyvek® Garments is a market segment within the Tyvek® & Typar® business. Tyvek® Garments is the global market share leader in chemical protection clothing. The segment primarily sells finished products through a global distribution network. Our brands include ProShield®, Tyvek®, Tyvek® IsoClean® and Tychem® brands. The business also works directly with end-users to support and work to specify our chemical protective clothing in a variety of Industrial and Life Sciences vertical markets such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Environmental Services, Utilities, Mining, Transportation Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, and Electronics.
The Business Development Representative f/m will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, engaging with leads, managing CRM systems, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for hitting sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and a strong ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
Reports to: EMEA Sales Leader – DPP Tyvek® Garments
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in EMEA by coordinating programs, processes enabling new business creation and assuring efficiency of field sales representatives
- Work directly with the field sales team to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospects and customer accounts.
- Achieve or exceed goals for qualified monthly appointments, monthly deals in forecast, and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives to help qualify and nurture opportunities, ensuring a higher win rate.
- Maintain consistent and meaningful prospect outreach via phone, email, and social platforms, utilizing enablement tools effectively.
- Meet regularly with sales representatives to plan account goals and align outbound prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on lead quality and customer needs.
- Assist in building scalable demand generation campaigns based on data insights.
- Participate in regional sales meetings to discuss company updates and conduct business and sales reviews.
- Become a product expert and understand the selling practices effectively.
- Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM system (Salesforce.com).
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our processes.

- Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Additional Information:
- Preferred but not required :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior inside or outside sales experience (1-2 years minimum)
- Technical knowledge of DPP Tyvek® Garment product lines
- Salesforce.com
- Power BI

- Position will require ~10% travel, office based in Luxembourg
- Hybrid working : 4 days onsite, 1 day of home-office
