General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred,
- At least 4 years of experience in the International Transport / Logistics industry,
- Residing in Istanbul Anatolian side or Izmit,
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously,
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets,
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office,
- Professional knowledge of English,
- Good at analytical thinking, willing to research and learn, teamwork oriented,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- No restriction for domestic and international travel.
- Suitable working hybrid model.
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their supply chain efficiency,
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients. Negotiate terms and contracts to secure business while ensuring profitability,
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Utilize this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients,
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of logistics solutions and exceptional client satisfaction,
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback. Utilize data to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
